In the campus model, roads and sidewalks could have been created as 3D objects in CityEngine so that they would not be positioned below the terrain. Georeferencing CityEngine provides different tools to georeference geometry and models. The coordinate system determines how data is georeferenced in the scene.
Placement of data after drag and drop import.I´m trying to create a webscene of a rather large geographic area and anything less than "original size" for the satellitephoto which works as the terrain texture is too low quality. However when I try to open a webscene created with the original size texture the scene fails to load and gives me this instead:The 2D building footprints were loaded into CityEngine and aligned to the terrain 3D mo-dels were then generated from rudimentary shapes up to the Level of Detail (LoD) 3, i.e., with high detail, facades, roof-shapes, and suitable for high-quality renderings. Rudimentary 3D shapes were initially generated using CityEngine’s CGA-scripting (Fig.32bit TIFF and therefore we need to convert the TIFF to a 16bit TIFF using the gdal tools.

It is how i want the model. My problem begins when I want to export to other programs with FBX. The dirtmap was transformed in the same tiles of tiled colormap, & no to all facade. Its a problem of internal FBX? In collada (the other supported export format for dirtmaps) its the same thing. And other export format dont support dirtytextures I readedI work whit 3dMax, but I try to import to other programs (Artlantis, Lumion, Unity.
The DEM Import Options dialog box appears. Click the Options button. Navigate to the location where your DEM file is saved and select it. From the Files of Type drop-down list, select DEM (*.dem, *.ddf). The Import dialog box appears.
Click Open, and SketchUp imports your file. Click OK in the DEM Import Options dialog box to return to the Open dialog box. (Optional) Select the Generate Gradient Texture checkbox if you’d like a gradient that’s darker in the low areas and lighter in the high areas to appear over your imported terrain. When you lower the number of points, you can improve the terrain’s performance in SketchUp, but the terrain will lose detail. If you like, you can adjust the number of points by entering a new number.
